Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. If you are missing an item in your order, have received an incorrect item or faulty item, please message us ASAP so we can correct this and you can enjoy your order! ♡₊˚⊹
In the event an item must be refunded due to an error on the buyer's end, the amount refunded will deduct the transaction fee.
Shipping
We offer both untracked and tracked shipping options. Orders consisting of up to 15 sticker sheets are eligible for untracked shipping.
Depending on where you are located, stamped letter tracking can take anywhere from one week to even a few months. If you want a faster and safer shipping option, it is HIGHLY recommended you choose tracked shipping regardless of where you are located.
For U.S. orders, you can select untracked or tracked shipping on our shop site. For international orders, only untracked shipping is available on our shop site. For tracked international shipping, please send us an email or DM us on Instagram!
Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost orders should you choose to proceed with untracked shipping. Please keep in mind we are not liable for lost mail as you must contact the shipping carrier instead.
Payment Methods
Currently, we accept PayPal and Stripe via our shop website. For the CC option, send a message to our Instagram. Orders paid for by CC are rounded up to the nearest dollar as we cannot accept coins via letters. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost CC should you choose to send it untracked.
